Other servers

1. Is there any way to pick a server to join because I have friends on other servers and at the moment I can't play with them! I've tried the "switch server" option under kingdom management but it displays a message: "coming soon".

2. How do people play on multiple servers? Is this with multiple accounts? There's a notice in the wc that says you can be banned for this. If that's the case, why is there a task for creating a new account?

3. Do other worlds have different characteristics such as speed, troopstats, etc?
