Yolanda (Server 72) Please do something about TatoeKing!

I had email/in-game mail violating report of unauthorized access of my account, http://www.haypi.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=10441, to Yolanda & Apple & Icey & Tracy for 3 weeks. But still don't get any reply for the report. I just received a email saying that I can't get my lose back and can't see my screenshot then I resent my screenshot to them and no more reply after that....
