Pvp start

Not seeing this post on pvp I posted the whole time start question in a different pvp thread, anyways is it possible to have it so it is a rolling start time as so I won't have to be up at 2am to start the pvp, make it so at some point people have good start times and bad ones and not making it horrible start times everytime for a specific group? Or go rolling days cause some people consistently get a certain day off, like most students would get weekend off type thing, just wondering
