You may get your first city at level 4, then you may create an additional city every 3levels after that. (7, 10, 13...etc)
Now, to create a city, you must go to the Map icon below. Then click on a "vacant" block/area. Then, enter the vacant area. It will then ask you about your city\'s requirements.
To keep up with your cities, forts, and oasises, click on the "Cities" icon below. You can move around freely from on city to another, move troops, and recourses. Please to always remember to NEVER leave your troops at your cities, forts, or at your oasis. ALWAYS have your troops hunting.
