Usually, when I think of lurking, I see someone watching world chat, and warning the people in some way and then muting. Lurking to me is not just watching chat go by and watching offensive language pour into chat for a game that is rated for ages 4+

Sorry if lurking actually means doing nothing except watching, when I want experts that do something :|

True, if they're lurking, the only good they can do is mute rulebreakers; and they can only mute rulebreakers if they show themselves to warn the rulebreakers (with the mandatory 3-5 warnings for a mute).

Let's be honest here, expert is not as easy as many of you think it may be. We all do our best in every situation, but we can't be on at all times as many of us have real jobs that we need to make a living, etc. We do our best and just because you don't see us doesn't mean it is not dealt with.

I know expert isn't easy, ive seen people bash them every which way on world chat, so I kinda understand why the lurk sometimes ;)

I would hope you aren't trying to live off of 10 coins a day as your real job O.O

I also assume you are doing what you think is best, and that involves tough choices that most don't agree with

That being said, thanks for being an expert, that also being said, I would appreciate a few more of them, or get rid of the inactive ones (there are some, not the lurkers) and add active players

Re: Expert Inactivity

I agree that we could use one or two more, the current experts all seem to be in similar timezones so there's a lot of hours when there is no expert on -lurking or not. Current experts could also accept a bit of assisstance from other players..

The timezone part is true. Here is New Zealand i find that during my day I barely see any experts on and right before I go to sleep suddenly theres 2 or 3 experts online (Only one expert is really needed at a time).

Re: Expert Inactivity

i wrote to support on s103 , its just silly there at the moment, too many inactive experts, and they just lock their account in war refuse from the coins. WC is completely out of control for the most part.
