You can't change your name.
However, if it is inappropriate, support may change it for you
You can make a new account by getting to level 10, and there you can make a new name (for a new account)

Also if your a ha_a account if you complete task four it unlocks task 5 (I think?) and i'm sure task 5 is to change your name. I wouldnt know for sure as i've never had a ha_a account.

As nick said if it is inappropriate support might ask u to change it. I have had that happened on my server
