People cheating and making new accounts

How can we stop this? Not fair to the people who work for a new account.

Yes I agree with tvc, as someone just admitted to making mutiple accounts on s80. I did not get the chance to take a ss as spammers got rid of it and chat deletes.

Just keep doing what you can and block them for now. Take screenshots as well and send to support (kingdomsupport@haypi.com). It's pretty bad there I agree, hopefully it'll go away soon enough.

It can't be fixed as it isn't a bug and I don't think it could be avoided.

Having multiple accounts doesn't necessarily mean that they have cheated or gone through different means than you guys to get their accounts. If someone had 2 accounts on different server and both used their task 35 to create a new account within a short period of time (a couple days) both will end up on the same server. It can be unfair if the player uses it to feed so perhaps bring it up to support, maybe they could only allow 1 account per server according to ip address? Don't just assume they are cheating though.

IP addresses can be changed, and device UDID's can be changed. There's no good solution to these problems yet, and many other online games have the same issue. Several different solutions have been made to combat it, but none have had lasting effect. The only thing to do is SS, report, and they'll be banned.
