Didnt recieve the coins i bought

I bought coins about 12 hours ago but did not recieve any.
I've mailed kingdomsupport@haypi.com and send and mesage via ingame support but did not get any responce. The money has been taken from my bank account but cant get a hold on anyone.... anyone else have this problem?

If they don't appear within the next 12 hours, I suggest emailing a Screenshot to kingdomsupport@haypi.com of the receipt from iTunes/your credit card, and then the problem will be fixed asap
