Dear support! U suck! On my 1st acc when a hacker took my acc and sold my items worth 9600coins and took 20+million gold from me i send u a letter about it and somehow I outsmarted u and u stopped reply! So I talked to support 58 and she could reply after 1month and 15days after I spanned ur email! She looked up my trade report and I've found the player that hacked my acc(jinxster)! And I've asked her gently if I could get my items back but no! It's taking too long and that's not my fault that u re a lazy ass overpaid support that doesn't know how to check ur email! And change this: u re supposed to change email with email to pw!
Ps! Our expert got hacked bc ur system doesn't have security enough to stop the hacker! Fix it and he payed a lot of cash he worked for every year and bc ur security system sucks he lost it!
