Favourite Points

Why do my favorite points for the map keep getting deleted. I have reinstalled the app logged in and out and sent letters to support and kingdomsupport@Haypi.com

EDIT: And nobody else has access to my account.

The same happened to me not too long ago... And what's weird is that after the merge, all my server 43 favorite locations still stayed. So I added a few more on the merged server, and then about one and a half weeks later they were all gone.

Same thing happens with friends/blocks. Reset app, if it persists delete and reinstall.

1. That wouldn't have any affect if I reinstalled the app.
2. Yes
