Can't access oasises from city menu

I can't acces my oasises from the cities menu. It force closes everytime. My army is slowly dying because of this!!!!
Someone please help. Fix the bugs quickly. Lots of unhappy users that are going to quit after this update.

I can't open up half of the alliance section stuff without haypi closing on me too :(
