Why I can"t download v3.0 in China?
can haypi gave a free download websit for someone like me?

I believe that Google android may have blocked china because of Google's long issues with China and their web filtering, I'm not sure if I'm allowed to give you the file.... :/

Have you tried going to androids website from your phone and downloading it. You could even use a proxy that makes it look like u are in a different country

the market need login first, so i can't change my country.
