i cant move my troops on 3.0 :(

man, I hope they figure out a workaround here quick.. war refuse ending soon and no dispatch = bad

i guess this is a pain if your cities are a long way away from each other. could you set up warp loops so you can move long distance quickly in the short time till wr ends?
