Lost troops during patch

Before the patch i had set my troops out to attack a fort and before i got to command haypi kingdom started updating so I couldn't command the attack. Because of this I lost many troops. Attacks should be auto canceled before a patch/update and I believe I should be compensated for this.

who attacks right before a server maintanence... thats just stupid. the letter was sent out three hours before the maintanence and yet you still attacked. i have no sympathy but support might

I didn't know what time the update would be and anyway attacks should be auto canceled in the event of a update.

didnt you read the letter.... it said 5-6 am GMT yesterday so i would have prepared and stopper attacking at 4 am GMT. no offencce but to me it seems like you rown silliness :p

For an argument like that i would say u pay haypi lol..... No reason for them to give out free coins everytime a person like u stupidly attacks right before maitnence for 5 hours lol....!

Its ok. Its a good past time. I got just 1k Inf and 4h archers. Just start again. Selling cheap resources in market go get those.

sorry for that man, i lost some troops while my server had a maintanance for a chat update or something, if your support is as good as mine u wont see em troops again. i was asked when and how many and havent got a reply since then. and they didnt even inform about that .

Try to keep in mind that support is probably getting swamped with e-mails. Development is working through the glitches that are affecting everyone, so it may take time to get to individual cases.

My alliance lost their entire army due to a glitch, so you are not alone in losing troops.
