my update

So my haypi updated yipeee but it won't load properly.. Everytime I log it, it will say welcome to the haypi kingdom. Once I close it it gets stuck on the loading screen. It'll show my res too and everytime I sign in the crops keep lowering.. :S can someone help me before this before my troops starve please

Check your connections, and reinstall. get a task killer and kill all unwanted tasks. hope this will help you or even if it does not resolve than please contact support.

I'm on a windows phone so I don't think I have a task killer, and I've uninstalled n reinstalled multiple times :/ I'll mail support

I'm having the same problem on my Windows phone as well. If you find anything out please post about it.

Windows phone user here as well...still not working I think what's even worst is that we get no updates from the developers about what's happening...im sure they're working hard on it but it would be nice to have some form of communication to users who made this game into what it is...

I am using a Win phone too and I can't get past the loading screen too on my original account. If I uninstall and reinstall I can create another account and login but I want to get on my original.

Ehh .... DO NOT UPDATE !!!!!! DELETE AND INSTALL!!!!!!

deleted and reinstalled .... now i get stuck at Config screen (its whitewashed and loading text). --------> Decided to hit back button and it loaded to main city screen but I can't enter any buildings
