Wheres the love?

When I first started playing haypi about a year ago the purple who ran it showed the players respect.if there was ever maitenance we new three days ahead of time. Now they dont even tell us when it starts or when it will end. And they forcewr refusal upon us and say it will last so long. Slight improvement on your behavior haypi. And then they end it early without telling us. Oh crash and burn on the behavior. So now after starting five different accounts and playing for 18 months and wasting alot of time I quit. Apperently the crew at haypi has no time for warnings of anything anymore. So I think its time for us players to lose our interest in haypi.

Worst customer service ever. At my job we refund and replace.

They don't even respond. And when they do weeks down the road they just say thanks for letting us know.

FUCK YOU HAYPI KINGDOM I HOPE YOU BURN IN HELL.

Responses to my questions usually take a few days, but never does it take weeks. Support usually does their best to accomodate any issues I have and so far I'm pretty happy with them.

+1, completly agreed, also some experts behave like gods, its no fun playing haypi under those circumstances. i can understand that u want to quit but if noone complains this will continue and more players will suffer.

This really isnt how i would want my company to be run..... I dont feel wanted as a customer... and haypi is paying for it cuz of the hundreds of paying players migrating to other war games for their iphones
