Alliance war in pvp and new servers

So with the new update I have a few questions in regards to alliance war when it comes to pvp, new servers and server switches (whenever server switches happen)
On brand new servers is alliance war automatically involved? If someone comes into a new server with $100s to throw around doesn't that make a server more lopsided than ever before in regards to alliances? Of course on any server someone can spend tons of coins to rise to the top of the ranks but with the addition of alliance war can't they just keep spending coins to have a one man alliance at the top of the list before anyone else has a chance to even get settled?
And is this going to be involved in pvp? 1st of all, only having 2 weeks to be involved in pvp would u really want to waste the few precious resources u have to level up a cat that won't gain u any prestige? And 2nd of all will honor be involved in the final ranking? Cuz if not, being in an alliance in pvp will become pretty much useless. 
I'm really not sure about any of this cuz haypi hasn't really been communicating with us very well. So I guess this is all speculative.

I agree, it would be difficult to do them with the current alliance war system, but haypi will find someway, even if not the most favored

mines will be null and void in PVP, even if they are involved no one will attack them as the benefits of them are not individual and PVP is for individuals

Unless haypi makes the prizes for alliances... It's a possibility

possibility but top players are gonna want to keep there resources and coins so they can try and win and the middle and lower players will be trying to build up. unless they offer more than 100 coins per person for the top allliance i doubt that anyone would attack one
