Yellow/Red circle on your production

What does the coloured cirlce represent on your resource tab?

I believe it represents your Internet connection. Yellow means connected, red means disconnected

Yes that is what It means but I have found that android users have the red circle! Even when they are playing

While it is supposed to be an indication of how fast the server is reacting with your connection, it is not always reliable; perhaps for android users, it has not been made to work the way it does on an iDevice, and thus just shows red because it does not actualyy show any indication of the connection strength. Just a thought.
