Guide for haypi

This guide is just a load of guides I found and made into one big guide for haypi. Hope it helps :)

Guide for Haypi

Forts
=====

Lvl of fort # of cats to occupy

1.                    215
2.                  428
3.                  855
4.                  1410
5.                  2170
6.                  3782
7.                   6255
8.                   8708
9.                   14115
10.                 19830

Lvl of fort   Troops in fort inf, cav, arc, cats

1.              2000/50/100/0
2.            4000/80/200/0
3.           8000/150/400/0
4.           13000/ 300/800/0
5.          20000/500/1200/0
6.     35000/800/2000/20
7.     58000/1500/3000/50
8.   80000/3000/4000/80
9. 130000/5000/6000/150
10. 180000/8000/10000/300

1. The higher lvl fort u attack the more resources u can get
2. If u don't use cats to take forts then outnumber the number of each unit type in the fort to be make absolute sure u win.
3. The bigger the army u use the less of ur army u will lose
4. Forts r the cheapest and in my opinion best way to get resources
5. When attacking a fort U should bring 1 inf, 1 archer, as many cats as needed or more and a lot of cav. When commanding send ur cats forward and leave everything else to wait. Keep doing this until the enemy army is about 3 turns away from ur cats then move ur cats backwards. When ur cats r at the start again wait until the enemy is 3 moves away from u and then send ur 1 inf over   This is called a meatshield and will give ur cats an extra round to destroy the enemy. Do the sane next round except use the archer instead of inf. Only bring cav to bring back resources as they can carry the most resources back

Hunting
======

1. Keep ur troops hunting all the time. This protects them from ur enemies
2. When hunting split ur armies up into 2 different groups. Group 1 is cats and archers and group 2 is inf and cav. This gets the best result.
3. U can then split ur groups into sub groups. So all ur archers and cats in each city r in a different hunting space than others.
4. To get the best hunt reward keep ur troops hunting fir in between 8- 12 hours then recall them
5. Hunting is a really good way to get money, treasure, etc
6. the bigger the army hunting the bigger the hunt reward will be.
7. If u upgrade ur marching tech, speed and fortune this will also give u a better hunt
8. The higher the lvl oasis u hunt in the bigger reward u will get. Also try and hunt in oasis that ppl have not hunted in for a while. The longer someone doesn't hunt in am oasis the bigger the reward will be when someone does hunt in it. Also if someone Is already hunting in the oasis that ur hunting in then or u have already hunted in that oasis earlier that day u will get NO harvest
9. U can only hunt for a max of 10 days

Overload
=======

Overload is the amount of resources that a single unit can bring Back with them when they attack a fort or city
Inf, 80
Cav, 100
Arc, 40
Cats, 40

This includes every resource example a cav can take back 100 wood, iron, stone and crop

Speed

Speed=haypi god!!!!!!
The higher ur speed the better ur chances of winning a battle are

Max speed is 190. To get this u have to do 5 things

1. Have 100 speed attribute points
2. Have lvl 10 marching tech
3. Have a lvl 15 horse
4. Have a lvl 15 manuel
5. Enhance lvl 15 horse and manuel to lvl 20

1. If u have a better speed than ur opponent then u have a much greater chance of beating him in a battle.
2. If u have max speed and r using cav then u can cross the map in 2 turns on ANY field
3. If u have max speed ur army should be made out of mostly cav with a little bit of inf
4. Cav can take down lvl 10 turrets without being damaged AT ALL if u Have max speed
5. Use the inf for clearing out traps
==========================

What ur army should be if u don't have max speed and r farming forts and u DONT want ur army to die

Mostly cats
Some inf to clear out  traps
1 archer for meatshields
The amount of cav u need to take home all the resources the fort has
==========================

How to command against forts with the army above

1. Always tell ur cav to wait so that u can keep them Alive and take the max resources home
2. Always take out units in this order with cats. Cats, cav, inf, archers
3. Always move ur meatshields forward and keep them attacking something
==========================

How to have the biggest army

1. Split army into different cities
2. Upgrade Cropland to lvl 20 ( it Is advised to only do this in main as subs can be taken and u will become a target if ur subs r coined)
3. Run crops into negative
4. Farm forts to get their resources and keep ur troops alive
5. Enhance Cropland In each city

Battle strategies

BALANCE BLOCKER:
Uses massive amounts of catapults, making it almost impossible to kill. And the other units are simply sheilding, allowing a cavalry to jump to the front line when a catapult is in danger, deflects the blast from the catapult to the Cavalry. Same goes for infantry and archers. Employ small amounts, 20-100 of each type, and a massive amount of catapults for this strategy.
••••••••••••••
COMRADE UNITY:
Employs almost equal amounts of all units, leaving room for growth and development. Having 1,000 of all four types throws stats out the window, and you can rely on simple in battle tactics. I do not recomend this Battle Strategy to those who cannot command well...
••••••••••••••
THE JUGGERNAUT:
employs MASSIVE amounts of each type. Making it simply a larger version of COMRADE UNITY. however, since it\\\\'s in larger numbers it throws the need for command out the window, and you can rely on both tactics and sheer numbers. I Highly revomend this strategy.
•••••••••••••
SPEED DEMON:
using only cavalry in exess of 25,000. You don\\\\'t need to command, only send them to battle. If you have high enough numbers to outlast the barrage of enemy catapult and archer fire, then the many that survive at the end will easily overtake the enemy forces
••••••••••••

4-STUDDED SHEILD AND LONGSWORD:
Uses a massive amount of catapults, and a slightly lesser amount of cavalry. Cavalry will most likely die but in larger amounts they take alot of the enemy with them, especialy when using them as a blocker. And then whatever left is easy prey for your catapults.
•••••••••••••
DEMOLITION MAN:
large amounts of catapults for enemy troops as well as turrets. And infantry for enemy traps and useful as blockers. This Battle strategy is custom built for raiding, and removing city defenses with minimal loss.

Re: Guide for haypi

Also, as a general rule of thumb, I stop reading a guide once I notice a very bad mistake. In your case:

4. Cav can take down lvl 10 turrets without being damaged AT ALL if u Have max speed

This is absolutely wrong. Regardless of your speed, you will not be able to run through two rows of level 10 turrets with your cavs (let alone 3 rows).

Basically, if you can leave a statement like this in your guide, it shows that there was very little effort in checking your guide for errors. There may be more such errors, but I don't know since I stopped reading it.

There is not only plenty of errors, but conjecture as well. Also, why do people keep copying guides from the guide section, and posting them here? :lol: :lol:
