What's going on?

I've bought a brand new flytouch 3 pad and downloaded the app from android marked,but when i put my account name and password it says,that my device have been banned..What does it mean?
Before i've been playing from my iphone 3g, after the update to version 3 the game on iphone is not playable.
Thats for advance for any help.

Either your account is banned, or your new device is.

If your device is, the only thing I can think of is that Haypi may have made a device ban on a device with a nonexistent ID by accident, and your new one has that ID. (This is extremely unlikely.)

Try upgrading to the latest version on your iPhone, and if it says you're banned, then I'm sorry to say that means you are. :(

Well, i can get in to the game via iphone, but not with my new pad..its even not letting me to start new game on my new vedice..
what can i do?
