If I am Haypi (I do manage critical servers),
1. fillup every crop warehouse of every player
2. put all players in war refuse till they login
3. refill anything with Lost Troops for past 24 hours (knew claim was less)
Even then loss of our time checking on connection etc is still loss to Customer so typically fair companies like "We Rule" pay 50 coins.
