only android access

Support username changed!

Hello,

Support change my username to losttribe and now i cant play it nor access it..

Everytime i log in, it kicks me out and it says "username change, please relogin"

What should i do?! another wasted account and wasted money spent..

new thing:
it can only be access in android phone but not on apple gadget.. how to fix this??
