Alliance Mine Locking

Is alliance mine locking allowed? Using an alt alliance to continueisouly attack the the same mine for days on end not allowing any other a chance to that mine.
I've contacted support with ss of a mailbox overflowing with war reports. Ss of those war reports. Ss of a letter saying that the holding alliance will cheat to hold the mine. Support was more concerned with who took the ss. What alliance they were from and if they are still a member of that alliance. Meanwhile two days later. The one person alliance is still locking the mine. It's been almost a week now of this. I guess I answered my own question. Alliance mine locking is allowed.

Re: Alliance Mine Locking

it is probably frowned upon, however, there has been nothing said against it so far.

i recommend just not doing it, since we arent sure. (although i know alliances that do it, heck, my alliance, despite my advice, wanted to do it also.)

Re: Alliance Mine Locking

Locking... It's allowed technically so yes they can do it. I don't think it can be construed as kind of feeding so i think its ok and even when a mine is being locked there's always chances to slip in between attacks
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

Re: Alliance Mine Locking

yeah. it doesnt say one way or the other, so its technically allowed. however, i find it a little dishonest, and it isnt always fair. lol. but hey, just me. besides, it takes some of the strategy out of the game.

Re: Alliance Mine Locking

well, it was originally intended to attack a mine you dont already own, and then try to keep if from other alliances. it wasnt meant to attack one you own through another alliance, that gives the mine to you without a fight.

Re: Alliance Mine Locking

Yeah. But it's not against the rules. It seems to not be liked by other alliances tho. It's a legit strategy it's just not liked.

Re: Alliance Mine Locking

So get a spy into their alliance and time an attack in between their locks...
