[*][url][/url] i made a purchase thru 'earn free coin' but my account is not credited. Any idea how to fix the issue?

Hi,
The "Earn Free Coins" is functioning on Tapjoy platform.
Firstly, please confirm:
1. When you download app to earn free Haypi in game coins, please note that you should login in with a certain Haypi account, download an app; install it and run it on your device(some typical app would require a registration or to reach a certain check point to get through the transaction), then you may relogin with the same Haypi account to get Haypi coins.
2. Please don't switch accounts or switch devices halfway in the whole process.
3. confirm you've follow strictly to the steps and operation.

If there's trouble with coins after the correct operating way, please send any inquiries to mobilehelp@tapjoy.com.
They'll look into the transaction and help you resolve the issue.
Any other question or problem about haypi kingdom please feel free to let us know.

also, for a further note, after/if you have done all that and it still is not giving you the coins, it is probly tap joy's fault. please try contacting them.

Does this apply to iOS?

I do not believe it works for iOS users. Therefore, Android users have an advantage over iOS users. Granted - it is a small advantage, but nevertheless still an advantage. I would like to see Haypi level the playing field somehow. Perhaps more frequent coin gifts to iOS users (I have not received a dg of coins in over a year).

Anyway - I would like to have a level playing field regardless of what platform is being used to access the game.

It's your fault for using an idevice.

Tapjoy was banned by apple, not haypi. Take it up with them.

Get an android so you can "level the playing field" or get used to the fact you won't get those 2 coins every week like the rest of us, you also forget that haypi was first made and stayed without free coins for a long time

so true, nick. when i started playing haypi, i didnt get free coins. i did just fine. until the merge i was within the top 200..... but then i kinda stopped playing on the server after that. but the point is that you dont need coins to be a good player.
