n00b and inactive experts.

I've noticed that a lot of experts in new servers know almost nothing about this game, abuse their rights (mutes with no warning), only login about once a week and don't help players. For Example I've seen an expert come into world chat after being away from the server for like 2 weeks, mutes people with 1 or 0 warnings, ignore the questions of the players and can't even spell a sentence properly. Also when I scouted them I saw they hadn't put all attribute points in speed.... How do these people get expert? Support needs to choose more carefully,
Thanks

They can put attribute skills where ever.

As for warnings they should get them. And support should watch to see if they abuse there power or are inactive.

Re: n00b and inactive experts.

well, the forums are not here to bash experts, so please dont bash them. and if you are having a problem with a specific player, please be respectful, and dont smear their name all over forums. now, as for the issue, telling the forums, and support that watch the forums, is going to take a long while to get any action against the expert, or even get them to look into it.

if you would like them to look in to it, faster, or even at all, you are better off, and it is recommended that you email support at kingdomsupport@haypi.com

also, please include screen shots, in the email along with a brief description of what happened. in the email subject, please include your server number, and your server name.

Thanks, if it continues I will send ss. The reason I posted this on the forums is to see if anyone agrees with me.

Re: n00b and inactive experts.

well, we all agree, abuse of power, and server neglect, is not proper behavior for an expert. however, i also believe that you shouldnt post this in-depth of a description on the forum. because not only will it take longer for it to get handled properly, but it also is not appropriate to list names and such of private issues, across the all-server-access forums.

please refrain from doing this in the future.

Okay I agree, I removed the name of the expert from my first post.
