Can not connect to server

Well s87 is a fairly new and some new servers have these problems it will pass.

I think it was just the server not being able to keep up with all the activity on 87. Servers are living breathing things that sometimes have quite the attitude. Just my guess seeing as other servers were working fine at the time.

If you lost troops letter in game support

For server 87 that would be : Support87

Be very polite and patient as you can be sure they are dealing with many players requesting troops back.

I have had my army replaced twice due to connectivity issues on their part, and I have also been declined once for other reasons.

Just make sure your polite.

Same thing with me. This f'n sucks. What can I do. Ive been building and spending a lot of time on this game amd now its for nothing?!?

The reason you can't connect to S87 is sadly very simple. Server 87 has been targeted by HaypiHacks. They spam WC the whole time, I'm sure you've seen Fidget on there with hi "MMMM". Directly from the HaypiHacks page of how to be an ignorant, time-wasting, childish loser.

When an Expert eventually does show up to shut either him or one of the others down, they bombard the server with LOIC which brings it down.

I've played Haypi for a loooong time and was about to quit when a friend of mine persuaded me to start again. However, I don't intend to waste my time, money and effort on a game where the providers can't protect their customers from Script Kiddies. My 13 year old boy has a server with he's protected from LOIC for goodness sakes. How many of you have lost troops because a script kiddy brought the server down whilst you were attacking? How much fun do you have on WC because they won't limit connections from certain IPs and throw the spammers out?

Sadly, after a great deal of time, effort and money I am finally quitting HK for good. It's sad because I've met some amazing people and had a great deal of fun, but I won't support a game where the support is so completely unfocused, inadequate and uncaring.

Be polite? Be Polite? The PROBLEM is we are being POLITE I'm afraid. Why should we continue to be polite when we get fobbed off every time by support with their one-line stock letter of "we are sorry for your inconvenience" crud? I'm a very polite person. But I've had enough of "polite" with those that don't deserve it.

When they take reasonable care of their wide open servers and steps against those that bring it down using kiddy tools, I'll be polite. Until then I'll take my custom and money elsewhere.
