Arrogant? Ignorant? Or Both?

I recently had to write a series of long, long emails to HK support. What a complete waste of time and effort that was. I won’t bore you with the details but the basis of my complaint was that they allow a group of Script Kiddies to ruin the fun of everyone on their new server. They have virtually no experts online, or certainly not enough, and when they do all that happens is they mute one of the spammers, who then brings the server down using LOIC or some other noob tool. My youngest son has a server that can withstand LOIC and most other kiddy tools but Haypi do not. However basis of my complaint is not the point here. The point is Haypi “Support”. I say “Support” deliberately because they give ANYTHING but support.

I have no idea how much time, effort or money I’ve personally spent on Haypi over the years, but its a lot for sure. On every count. I know a lot of people who have. Plus of course the hundreds and hundreds of people who I don't know, that have. You’d think that “Support” would show just a little bit of interest in their customers. However their reply to my very long and very sad emails were their stock “we are sorry for your inconvenience” ones. When they eventually sent one at all that is. The same I get no matter what I write. No matter what the problem. Script Kiddy. Missing Troops. Server merge. You name it.

I’m interested to know what you have written to “support” about and what sort of inane, arrogant or completely disinterested replies you might have gotten from them?

I could never condone those that hack servers and accounts, spam WC to ruin the fun of others. However, over the last few days of trying to get through to the infinitely inscrutable heads of the faceless, useless support that I have encountered, I almost, almost can see why someone would want to vent their spleen on the unmovable blob that is “support”.

Although you spund fruatrated... This sounds like a major bash fest. If you have problems with staff members, players, or haypi support, you need yo contact support about it. Complaining on forums to players, will do no good.

That's the point. I have contacted support. I wrote 6 very long, detailed emails. My reply? "we are sorry for your inconvenience". That's it. I'm done contacting support.

When support take the time and effort to reply to the same degree that their customers put into the game, maybe we will get somewhere. When all they do is send you the same reply template no matter what the problem we will get no where. Like I have not.

Bash fest? No. Angry? frustrated? Massivly dissapointed? Yes. Hundreds and hundreds of gaming hours. Hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Wasted. Gone. Because "support" don't support. They fob you off. This forum is full of people in the same boat.

I agree supports communication with customers is very poor and disappointing. To have a successful buisness you need happy customers, and many are not happy. I think haypi support need to pick it up a little more.
