Switching Servers

If nobody was on your server then you need to switch too. I don't know about you, but if my server was completely dead I would switch. It weeds out inactives

Since people would be constantly flowing in and out of servers then they would probably just keep the servers open.

I believe they should allow all the lower rank players into the new servers and leave the stronger players where they are so the others can have a better chance.
