Unable to Log on to either of my accounts

I have encountered this problem... I am not able to log into either of my HK accounts. I have been informed that HK, allegedly, has very recently made a change that if you are using a device that was NOT used to create the account, you will NOT be able to log in. Period. Now, seeing as I have been playing for the better part of two YEARS and have spent PLENTY of money on this game, upwards of $400.00, I am FURIOUS... I know that this is only a game. However, I feel "cheated", for lack of a better term, that i cannot log on because neither of the accounts that I play were generated on my iPhone that i bought back in March of this year.

I have been hit and lost 26,000 plus prestige. Thankfully, I have friends on Palringo that have been able to scout me and send screen shots.

I expect a reply and full access to both of my accounts within a 48 hour period from the time this message is posted... I'm not happy to say the least.

Please do what you can to fix this...

You can request, but expecting/demanding will not help or motivate anyone to work faster

While I agree with you Rico that being demanding usually gets you less than you asked for or nothing, an official explanation would really give some peace of mind.

It's true, they do end up fixing the problem and returning what's lost.

But i have no backup obsessions/addictions besides drinking!!!!
And i can't drink 24/7 like i can do Haypi in my free time

Do any of the people that work on this game stop to think about what will actually happen if they proceed? I imagine it kind of like this:

"Hey Phil, update ready to go?"
"Sure is."
"And we're clear on all the working parts?"
"Uh-huh."
"Wait, you're not Phil...who are you?"
"And launch."

Will I get alliance troops back that I needed troops for to donate crop?

Fortunatley this has not effected me, however,it has effected a lot of players and is a global problem, but lets me rational, this is not the first time, nor will it be the last time Haypi has made such a decision, or had an issue that has cost the community greatly.

Remember the several ocassions that alerts failed and we all lost valuable cities ? - No one was compensated.

Remember the latest Beta tested update that was released and noone could buy alliance crops and lost alliance armies they spend months building ? - Noone was compensated.

My guess it, it will be changed back, otherwise they lose 25-50% of thier player base, but you will not be compensated.

haypi don't know what there doing....I bet you know there reading this and are like WTF? was this change not a good idea??
