Unable up log in my account via new phone/device.

I am having the same issue. I upgraded to an Iphone 5 and was playing wit h no problem until yesterday. now i can't log in at all on the new phone. i my army is wiped by now since i could not feed them.. Wish they would have changed the damn rules before i spent $200 on the thanksgiving coins.. No i want a damn refund..

I emailed them last night and got this reply this morning..

Can't say fairer than that and I can now log in
