As posted in my mail box " you can go to GENERAL > MANAGEMENT > SETTINGS> Get My ID Code and check for your ID code, then please send your unique code with your s500 username to kingdomsupport@haypi.com. We’ll create a new account for you on our newest server(s) after we complete the confirmation procedure.
How can I get that unique code?

If you follow their instructions and can not get the code they can't help. So, no code... No new acct.

You need to enter username and password first right (In Settings)? I don't remember gree ever asking for a password at account creation, so how do I login?
