Your not the only player with this problem. This problem was reported before. Support is looking into it, they fix it as soon as possible. unfortunately they arent online atm, but i am sure as soon they get on they will look into it and wont stop till its fixed.

Support will get to work approx. 0 am GMT, look through the reports, report the bug to the programmers, and those try to fix problem.
