Problem with server78

I just started a second account and was placed on server78.

However, there is a person that keeps spamming world chat with the message "****_You_Support" written about 20 times per message. This message is posted by 4 different ha_a accounts that I know of; ha_a3890726, ha_a389050, ha_a93890716, and ha_a3890859. The consent posting is disrupting load times and my general enjoyment of this game. Please do something about this or at the very least allow me to change servers for free. I have no idea why this person is doing what they are doing and I do not care at all. This situation just needs to be fixed.

I believe this is a guy named kai. He's been causing similar problems off and on for close to a year now. Support is aware and trying to cope with the problem, but he seems to always find a way around them.
Some people just enjoy ruining things for as many people as they can. I'm not sure what to tell you. Hopefully he will get bored and move on to a different game.

You, can always mute his accts of course, but I'm not sure that would help loading time and chat lag issues created by this guy.

I doubt he uses the same accounts over and over. He probably just clicks starts game and starts continoulsy spamming and if he gets muted he can just simply exit the app, get a new ha_a account and start the spamming process all over again.

Actually Kaishuoy has got his site and he has written how to get unlimited accounts, so maybe it isn't him. Developers could add a new feature: one email per account, it will take more time to create an account.

What is happening is Kai is spamming world chat, with either the message (*curse*_you_support) or MMMMMMMMMMMM spammed for several lines. This has caused in-game loading times to increase about 12x. He is also switching from one ha account to the other repeatedly and extremely quickly. I blocked every spam ha I've seen and I now have 9 on my block list, with more being added quickly.
I watched an admin (maybe support78) try and mute the ha's to no avail. I had them all blocked but didn't have the admin messages blocked and because the muting did not efficiently work chat was being spammed by admin mute messages as well as spam.
He also spoke in world chat under the IGN of Kai78Pwnz. He said 'the spam will continue until we deem it necessary to stop'. Doesn't look good.
Just searched what Zate said and found a website called 'pastebin'. Kai apparently posted a (curse)_you_support massive spam message for quick copying/pasting on it. I won't post the link but you can find it by searching 'kaishuoy' on google or bing.
There was also a period of time where I couldn't even access server 78. Doesn't look good for server 78... I can't really say much except I hope it gets fixed soon

Blocking doesn't reduce lag time.

He uses maybe four accounts at once and spams world chat. I heard he is doing it on a computer (which would explain it) I know this because I had to block four accounts at one time.

He uses many accounts at once to spam so this doesn't help, he is a hacker and would bypass that easily (which he already has)

Just wait til s78 is closed. Only way to stop them.

Why are you sure it's Kayshuoy? I'm pretty sure that some people are spamming, but I think it isn't Kayshuoy. He said how to do it, you can't know if it's really him.
P.S. I'm not saying he's innocent, I'm saying that are needed more proofs.

Kai was a good player. He got banned for nothing. Support tought he was cheating but he wasnt ...

Well, Kai is definitely not a good player now.
and Zate. It was because Kai78Pwnz showed up in world chat and said multiple things such as 'the spam will continue until we deem it necessary to stop.' Others can verify this such as Riddler12 (Riddler78 in game)
Of course, it could've been an imposter, but it's not likely

I know, but how can you know that Kaishuoy is the guy who's spamming? Maybe he has just written that comment. There aren't real proofs.
