tech support non exisitant on server 78, dump

I am highly upset. You can't get hold of any tech support, it always says fail, when you click to send mail, it has moved or is down. I have 11 hours on my free no attack week, and I was attacked anyways. I spent my money via paypal to use and was attacked when I was still building my camp. I would like this corrected, or I think I will just bring it up to paypal, what a ripoff it is. I have to utilize the forum in order to get any kind of message through. Everyone beware.

"free no attack week" - assuming this was not bought with coins, it will naturally run out once achieving level 4 (3rd baron) or after a week. At this stage refuse war no longer applies to you unless you buy it with coins via main building --> management --> refuse war.
