Vacation?

Have all the supports gone on a Summer vacation or something? Me and another person were discussing and neither of us have had any replies from any supports in the past 3 days. I know people are just going to say Support are extremely busy and get hundreds of letters per day but I still think this is a little slack. Please don't take this as a personal attack I just want to know if there is some reasonable explanation of why they haven't been replying.

I'll look into it, but as far as I know their all present and working.

Ok, it was just another time when support wasn't replying they were taking a break and wondered if they were on another.
