new update wont download of the internet or market

The new update won't install on my HTC incredible , its a $300 phone come , haypi if u don't fix this , I want my money back from all my accounts !!

I believe (may be wrong) that the update has only been released for iDevices currently

You're correct, it hasn't been released for Windows phone users yet, however it is available for Andtoid users as well.
