they will respond but currently they are very busy with the release of version 3.0

Very true... I understand that people say that support has a life, and can't always respond 24/7

But that being said, this is their JOB, and it seems they need to triple their workforce or something like that. It's taking haypi longer and longer to answer questions, most of which are generic answers that don't even answer my question. If they want to keep people happy, they need to do their job efficiently and keep us happy

i spoke to thomas a month or so ago about new staff and he said that they were training more staff but apparently that was only two new staff from what ive seen
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

i suspect there training is ongoing but they are slightly bbehind when the need them. they introduce more support but then all of a sudden they still need more. the problems are snowballing than haypi can hire and train people

Yeah, this will be a wake-up call for haypi about how many they have employed

It's gunna take a lot of people to get thru the people with problems on 3.0 + s59 breaking
