trying to load 3.01

It's been over an hour and still saying installing!??! I can't kill it, can't get the X to show.. have stopped and started phone.. double clicked.. what is the stratagy? be more patient? What is the install time? many thanks..

It may just be your internet connection. When I first tried it it was almost 20 minutes and i turned my WIFI off then tried again, then it worked.

OK good things come to those who wait.. 1hr.. 30 minutes.. ??? (slow connection)
