Game owners/developers

I wish to get in touch with the game owners/developers, would anyone know how I did this? Ie an email address or something, can pm me if you don't wish to post it in here for all to see if you do know.

best way to contact is via support and support will pass you on to them. the email is kingdomsupport@haypi.com

ive tried Nathan but got no reply

even through thomas on the forums. he takes 2-3 days to reply but i always get a response when i private message him as long as you are respectful and have a realistic question

i have sent a message to Thomas and was respectful but that has also as yet gone unanswered. I guess i will have to wait to see if he replies, in the mean time no harm in asking on here as well.

try pming support1 or in-game go to help --> support --> contact us and try saying it there :/

Thanks sky, i happened to have already mailed support1 today as for trying ingame that was where i 1st tried and got nothing back

Did you try my second method? Since I almost always get a reply from my support that way (but then again I've only used it about 6 times on 2 different servers combined)
