What Are The Differences Between IOS & Android Versions?

3.03 has came out for Android a couple of days after it did for IOS, and the comments of iPhone users implies to me that there is a difference in functionality.

  • The Apple users seem to be waxing eloquent over the map no longer freezing up, but it still does on Android.
  • The Apple users mention that you can customize your map behavior, things like how the scrolling works, etc., which is not there in Android.
  • Apple users don't seem to complain about the f%$#iing chat room obscuring their home screen when some moron posts a humongous post.
  • The problem with troops getting lost, requiring an exit from the program, seems not to be fixed on Android.
  • I don't hear the complaints about the colors or fonts (the red numbers on cities, and the white numbers on crop oasis) or map readability.

BTW, if anyone at Haypi is reading this (probably not), would someone please take a look at how the device and server exchange data? The game has always had timeout problems, but it's getting ridiculous with the release of 3.x.

Forgot to add. Are changes in status in combat mode reflected in the display?

I still have to wait until the end of the turn to see if I set up my armies to wait or not.
