Honour and Alliance Rankings

Not sure if this has been suggested before but here goes.
I think personal honour points should be addded to alliance points to give overall alliance ranking. This would mean that when people leave and go to another Alliance their personal points go with them. This would mean a return to a more realistic Alliance ranking system and also put some value on honour points,( which i feel are currently of no value).

(Should be posted in Suggestions ;) ) But I do like this idea. It is much like the idea of adding a new leaderboard just like the old alliance one used to be. While alliance prestige can show a lot about an alliance, it doesn't necessarily reveal its true ability and power, if perhaps it were unlucky all the time in its endeavor to occupy a mine, or a vice or leader always messed up command. Perhaps though your suggestion could be added on as you say, without even a new leaderboard. Great idea! :D

I don't personally like the idea of alliance prestige points from mines as a way to rank alliances. I don't think they are accurate gauge of an alliances ability as pointed out, and neither do they challenge individual players like prestige point system.
In my alliance we used to encourage the small guys to get hits to put us in number one spot. So the alliance works together to get or maintain it.
Constant pp gains by players kept the alliance ranking volatile. Now its just stagnant.
