Why does this game lag so much?

I was attacking another player, and since it takes time to get there, I took a break and tried to log back on right before the battle started so I could command my troops.
But for some reason it wouldn't let me log back on! This happenes from time to time, but didn't matter cuz I didn't have to command any troops.
So I lost all my troops.. Can you guys just make sure this doesn't happen, cuz this is really makes me lose the will to play

A) it could be your device
B) screenshot war report and send to kingdomsupport@haypi.com and you should get your troops back IF it was haypi's fault
