Mid turn commands

I've done my fair share of commanding but this is rule i've never found out why it happens. Why during a player verus player battle can you sometimes see your opponent change commands in the middle of the turn, instead of waiting till the next turn to see what they decided as a battle normally goes, thus having major advantage of knowing what your opponent is going to do mid turn and having time to change your own commands to counter their strategy? One suggestion when i asked wc is maybe it's device related, another is perhaps the one seeing the commands change is the result of having a higher scouting skill, or maybe its just a bug after all.

Not sure. I've had it many times and personally make my commands look like I'm doing something that my opponent can punish, and I quickly change it right before the turn ends.

Not scout skill. I had lvl 9 scout and another had lvl 10. (now I have 10 for a while) and I saw what he was doing. I think its just to add another strategy to fool the other person like sky said.

Yeah that is a good way to use it, the question what causes it to only sometimes happen tho has still not been answered.

I might be cuz they keep it and change it with 1-2 seconds left in the round.

I forgot to mention usually what I see when commanding a battle is the opponent's troops' commands are set to what they did last round.
If the enemy's archers retreated and attacked my catapults, killing them all and leaving me with only infantry In Round 3 then in Round 4 their archers' command says "Retreat and attack catapults", even though I have no catapults left.
I had occasionally seen mid-turn command changes or their troops move/attack completely differently then what their command says.

Usually I don't see commands being changed midturn but I have seen it occasionally.
I'm not sure what affects this, I'll ask and see if I can get a definite answer.

Mine always change instantly.
