As far as I know, No there is not. (Could be wrong).
If you lost your favorite list then this may help:
"If you delete the app when you upgrade your game version, you will lose your fav list."
"And If you add your list on A device, it will not move to B device when you login the same account."
You may also, lose it in a merge.
