New Chat Rules Question

I was wondering what this meant... like a little more explanation of what this means...

5 Do NOT post derogatory, vulgar or otherwise offensive words, comments, emoji or foreign links in any chat at any time.
Language which is deemed offensive including but not limited to illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, sexually explicit, or racially/ethnically offensive or otherwise objectionable is prohibited.

It is pretty much saying that you should not spam/post links to other sites that do not have to do with the game/ and to keep chat appropriate and be respectful of all.

also, not to post vulgar emoji 'art' or pictures
