To be honest, it sounds like you are making wild accusations and have absolutely no clue what you're talking about. The amount of cavs you mention is easily manageable with no crop oasis' and 250k pr in a day is fairly easy to do. Lastly, you don't need 18k cats to take a L10 fort, lol.
