In pvp thats about what they give though.. maybe a little more than 1

Also, level 0's cant take forts taem, maybe i read that wrong but that seemed to be what you were saying. Your first fort can be taken at lvl 4

!!!!Touche! Lmao I stand corrected, but my point was, regardless of level (provided your high enough level to actually hold a fort), anyone can take a lv10 fort. Consider that a lv0 can therefore reduce the troops in a fort to a minimum, without actually holding it lol

The level 10 fort argument. Anyone cab own one if there given it or theyhave the coins to continuously withdraw till it is weak. Anyway army looks glitches but that's the only thing wrong with the pictures and that's only because I can just make out that the guy has 22k pp I'd need a more concrete screenshot of his pp and troop count again

Ok, so if you read the initial query, he states that the person in question is on s81, not pvp.... To have 55k cav you would need to have at least 220k prestige... Unless as the others are saying constant convincing.... But even then, rebuilding the traps you would earn more prestige than what he has.

All in all, the person would have done something against haypi rules and needs to be reported.
