its been weeks and still no reply and i could mail Thomas again but he already has my private message so i dont see the point in pestering him. As he's read it then i would hope he'd at least reply.

If it's been weeks since you sent it I suggest sending it again...

Lol I doubt haypi want this spread around shade which is why I never posted it lol. As for a more direct option, ringing them will cost more money, and emailing them I have more success through the support channels and writing to them would take far too long making this information slightly useless
