Not able to purchase coins during sale due to bug

I think you're all missing the point here....

As this woman clearly stated, haypi offered her an alternative means to meet her situation which she declined. That is on her. This has nothing to do with capitalism. It has nothing to do with what country you're from. And most especially it has nothing to do with the fact that you couldn't buy coins at that time. I could. Hundreds of thousands of others could. And even so, they still tried to accommodate YOU....a singular entity out of god knows how many people who play this game.

What makes you feel you are entitled to free things? Are you that petty to bicker over why you should be allowed to have more HAYPI COINS of all things in this universe? There are people who have no food and water, let alone haypi Frikkin coins and you're concerned that you missed out on an extra 100 of em? Please. Get serious here. Life sucks....but only if you make it suck. Get a life, and stop wasting valuable Internet space with this selfish, greedy argument.

No it's nothing like that. It's like going to the supermarket on the day they have the sale but their computers are down so they can't ring up anything. But they don't want to be guilty of false advertising so they give you a claim check. Oh wait it's not. Hypai didn't behave like a real business.

Hypai never offered me the bonus coins if I used a hotmail account. And that option came in on 7/6 . After the sale was over.

Allow me to clarify. My first purchase of coins marketplace wasn't an option. I used paypal. Then a version came along and broke paypal, that's when suggested a very hinky method of payment, I declined to participate in that. Eventually a new version worked with marketplace, and that's how I purchased coins. So when I contacted them on the 5th to report the bug I said I wouldn't do the hinky method, they didn't mention it again until finally responding to my last minute emails asking how we were going to handle this it's almost out of.time at 0:45 6/5 GMT. I did my best to fulfill my end of the contract, if their not going to fulfill theirs. I have no respect for them because they have no respect for any of their customers, and I don't want ti see that kind of company flourish.

And it terrifies me for the state of this country that not one of you can see that or has enough self respect to want to be treated fairly.

they offered you an alternative. you call "hinky" even though many people have used that method as it is how WP7 users buy coins on a daily basis. you didnt trust haypi.... its your own fault.

plus if you want to get technical about business pracrices. they have the right to refuse custom to people. you see pubs do it on a nightly basis.

How did they keep their end of deal? They changed their product right before the sale that made it impossible for them to give me bonus coins or ant coins at all I could only make a fake purchase they had disabled marketplace somehow. They didn't make it possible until this morning when marketplace was reenabled.

I was able to purchase coins.
