Yes a refund would be great, but you arent gunna get one.
You paid to get fake virtual coins on an online game, you did this at your own risk, knowing how many bugs haypi had before this you should have evaluated your situation to a greater extent.
Dont spend money you dont have, and if you do have money, then you should be ok with not getting your virtual coins put to use
